My two most recent designations are G.R.I., Graduate of Real Estate Institute, and S.R.E.S., Senior Real Estate Specialist.  Both designations are important, because they show my willingness to keep current with new regulations and laws ensuring added value to you.  The Senior Real Estate Specialist designation allows seniors to feel comfortable discussing financial concerns.  The GRI courses take a year to complete.  They are aimed at fine tuning all aspects of the real estate profession.  The completion of both courses is granted after successfully passing a final exam.
